What personal data do we collect?

Personal data provided by the user:

Why do we process your data, and what for?

At EDERFIL BECKER KOOP. E. we process the information provided by data subjects for the following purposes:

  • To manage orders or take out any of our services, either online or in physical stores.

  • Legitimate interest to process our customers' data in direct marketing actions, and express consent of the data subject for all matters relating to automatic assessments and profiling.
  • Compliance with legal obligations for fraud prevention, communication with public authorities and third-party claims.

How long do we keep your data?

The data processed for the purposes described above will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose they were collected for (e.g. for the duration of the commercial relationship) and to meet all legal obligations arising from the data processing.

Who is responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data provided?

The user is solely liable for the veracity and accuracy of the data included, releasing EDERFIL BECKERKOOP. E. from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal details provided, and undertake to keep them up to date. The user agrees to provide complete, correct information in the registration or subscription form. EDERFIL BECKER KOOP. E. reserves the right to terminate the services contracted with users whenever the data provided are false, incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

EDERFIL BECKER KOOP. E. is not liable for the veracity of any information which has not been prepared in-house and which is indicated as coming from another source, and in consequence shall not be liable for any hypothetical damage that may come about through use of this information.

How do we process the personal data of minors?

Our services are not, in principle, aimed specifically at minors. However, should any of them be addressed to persons under fourteen years of age, EDERFIL BECKER KOOP. E. shall, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Act 3/2018, of 5th December (LOPDGDD), require the valid, free, unequivocal, specific informed consent of the legal guardians in order to process the personal data of minors. In this case, the person giving consent must provide his or her identity card or similar ID.

In the case of persons aged over fourteen, the data may be processed with the user's consent, except where the law requires the intervention of the legal guardians.
